In regions with distinct four seasons, the inclination Angle of solar panels can be adjusted every quarter (refer to ±15° of the local latitude), for example, increasing the inclination Angle in winter to cope with the low Angle of sunlight
Wind resistance and stability
When installing, the foundation should be poured with C20 concrete, and the depth of the embedded parts should be at least 1 meter. Also, check whether the bolts at the connection points of the lamp poles are tightened to ensure that the wind resistance is ≥150km/h. In windy areas, it is recommended to increase the diameter of the lamp post or use triangular reinforcing brackets

2. Intelligent Functions and Energy-saving Settings
Controller parameter optimization
Enabling the "two-stage dimming" function of the intelligent controller, such as full-power lighting during peak night and reducing the brightness to 50% in the latter half of the night, can extend the battery life by 30%. Set undervoltage protection ≥11.1V to prevent battery over-discharge.
Combination of light control and time control
Adjust the light control sensitivity according to the season (for example, turn on the lights 30 minutes earlier in winter), and set it to automatically shorten the lighting duration to 4-6 hours on rainy or cloudy days, giving priority to ensuring power supply during core periods.

3. Key Points for Regular Maintenance
Cleaning and inspection cycle
Clean the surface of the solar panels with a soft cloth every two months (avoid being washed by water), and clear the drainage holes before the rainy season. Check the light attenuation of the LED beads every six months. If the brightness drops by more than 20%, they need to be replaced.
System status monitoring
Check regularly through the digital screen of the controller:
Battery voltage (normal range: 12-14.4V)
Photovoltaic input current (on sunny days, it should be ≥ 70% of the nominal value)

In areas with frequent rain and snow seasons, it is recommended to configure a battery capacity that is 5 to 6 times the daily power consumption. Lightning protection and insulation treatment
The lamp post itself is used as a lightning arrester. The grounding resistance should be ≤10Ω. Before the annual thunderstorm season, the insulation resistance should be tested with a megohmmeter.
